[kepler-dev] kepler mac extensions

Hi,

I've added some extensions into kepler to make it look more like a 
native apple application.  You can read about the details here:

If you want to run kepler with the mac extensions, either change-to the 
kepler-mac suite or add the appleExtensions module into your suite.

Let me know if you see any problems with this.  If you see any bugs, 
please file a new bug and add 4093 as a blocker.
