I've added a kludge to the KeplerLSID class that accepts
urn:lsid:<authority>:<namespace>.<object>.<revision>#<anchor> formatted LSIDs
and converts them to
urn:lsid:<authority>:<namespace>:<object>:<revision>#<anchor>
