[kepler-dev] ant change-to -Dsuite=kepler fails in a clean tree

Hi David,
Thanks, it seems to work now!

It was the kepler nightly build that I run locally, which
displays the error message.

I thought maybe it was barfing because of issues with
the copy of the svn repo that I created, but that was not
the case.
