Regarding the inclusion/exclusion of R during the install process: will Kepler
distributions that include R (likely all of them) still allow people to _not_
install the R dist that is included in the R-dist module as a prerequisite for
the r module?
On the flip-side: if I use the module manager to add/update the r module, will
i also be able to get the latest r-dist (if need be)?
