[kepler-dev] new separated project

Hi,

I'm actually trying the same method as the ppod project (I got the 
archive file from their website).
This approach - call Kepler as an external and separated library - suits 
me very well.

Do you have some documentation about the files for configuration, 
building, inlcuding the project in the gui please ?
