[kepler-dev] Running devel version of kepler produces lots of output

Thanks!
I cleaned up the PtolemyPreferences message and also the
"Config.xml:" message.
Now we have:
run:
[run] Building Kars...
[run] Unable to process kar file:
/Users/cxh/src/kepler/common/kar/actors/actors-ImageJ.kar
Having the "Building Kars" message is ok, since there is a delay while
Kepler is starting. However, I'm not sure why I get the second line.
Also, ant run-only also seems to print "Building Kars"
bash-3.2$ ant run-only
Buildfile: build.xml

[run] Unable to process kar file:
