[kepler-dev] new kepler web site

Hi Matt and the Kepler Team:

The new site is a huge improvement over the old one and a lot more 
useful for those trying to use the current Kepler release. On behalf of 
all those people using and coding against Kepler, I'd like to say "Thanks!"
