[kepler-dev] SVN Configuration Help

Hi Subhav,
I don't have access to Vista, but I would expect that
any Windows version of Subversion that provides a command
line svn program would work.
http://strivinglife.com/words/post/Installing-Subversion-to-Windows-Vista.aspx
has instructions for Vista, so it should work out.

Basically, to install Kepler, you run ant.  Ant needs to
run svn from the command line, which is why TortoiseSVN
does not work - there is no svn command.
