[kepler-dev] SVN Configuration Help

Hey,
I am trying to install the SVN Version by installing the setup
TortoiseSVN-1.5.9.15518-win32-svn-1.5.6.msi<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.5.9.15518-win32-svn-1.5.6.msi?download>
from
the site: http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads

I added the appropriate environment variables, however nothing gets
displayed when I run svn -version on cmd.
Am I installing the correct SVN Client/version? If not, which one is used
for checking out Kepler?

Please suggest.
