When dragging components around on the canvas, the drop area is too small so
it's hard to get components to go where they need to go.  The mouse cursor
changes to the green plus ("+") icon, which I think is not the right icon to
use.  That cursor indicates that something is being added, which it's not. 
It's just being moved.  

The size of the drop area should be increased and the mouse cursor should not
use the + icon.
