I'm trying to set the widths on the columns for the workflow report pane.  The
columns refuse to change their widths.  Have tried using setPreferredWidth()
(the recommended way) and setWidth(), both to no avail.  Code is in
WorkflowRunManagerPanel.java line 269.  Any ideas?
