Hi Rajan,
It depends on what you mean by import. You can import individual actors
by using the Tools/Instantiate Component menu item then use the right
click menu "Save in Library" to add the component to the actor library
in the left pane.
If you want the item to show up in the actor library permanently, you'll
need to add it to the actors module. See the actors/resources/kar
directory. You'll need to add a manifest which lists the ID for the
actor.
This process is slightly in flux right now. Aaron is working to make it
simpler to add components so watch for updates on kepler-dev.
