Hi Edward,

It's an imperfect solution to the problem of being able to individually 
document customized actors.  For instance, if you create an R actor that 
does some statistical analysis, it is no longer just an R actor and the 
user who wrote the script needs to be able customize the documentation 
for that actor.  We should probably implement a diff system so that the 
workflows and actors don't get so bloated with duplicate documentation. 
    I'll enter a bug for kepler 2.0 so that we revisit this before the 
2.0 release.
