When I run the wrp suite on my windows machine a new directory appears inside
of the wrp module directory called "Documents and SettingsAaron" which contains
".kepler/provenance" directory that has 4 files all beginning with provenance.
Somewhere the provenance module is missing a File.separator in a pathname, I've
spent 30 minutes trying to find it and now give up...  My guess is
DotKeplerManager is not being used to get the path to the .kepler directory.
