WRM - the user should be able to enter a single date or duration without an
operator (operators are currently: >, <).  They currently can, but the searches
haven't been implemented yet and the user gets an error. 
An operator-less search for a date could show all runs for that date. A date +
hour, all runs for that hour. Etc.
This has been determined to be low priority, and I may just disable allowing
such args for now.
