Summary: Queryable - use LSID to look up workflows
           Product: Kepler
           Version: 1.x dev
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: provenance
        AssignedTo: crawl at sdsc.edu
        ReportedBy: leinfelder at nceas.ucsb.edu
         QAContact: kepler-dev at kepler-project.org

Now that we are using LSIDs to identify workflows, can the Queryable
implementations also use that? Currently they perform lookups using the
[fragile] "name".
Not sure if the name-based lookups should remain and the LSID-based lookups
should just be added or if we can just replace all the name-based queries with
LSID-based queries.
