Currently, when the user wants to set the properties for a report item, they
have to type the property value into a cell in the properties table.  They also
have to know in advance, how to properly format their entry.  If we provided
them with a drop down list of possible (properly formatted) options, then they
could just select one from the list.  This would make it faster and easier for
the user to set a report item's properties.
