The cursors on the PC need some work as follows:

The drag cursor doesn't change to an arrow when you are over the scroll bars in
the text fields, it remains a cross hair, making it feel strange when you are
trying to scroll the text.

The cursor should change to a closed hand when you grab the drag and drop
panels.
