When you select text that is in a text field or section header, users might try
to use the Kepler menus to copy, cut, and paste the text.  These menus, of
course are for the workflow, so they do not work for changing text in the
report designer.  Don't know if this is anything we want to or need to fix,
it's just something to think about.
