Summary: rename runs with untitled workflow name when the user
does a Save
Product: Kepler
Version: 1.x dev
Platform: Other
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Keywords: REAP
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: provenance
AssignedTo: crawl at sdsc.edu

QAContact: kepler-dev at kepler-project.org
Dan and I have been discussing this today, and he's working on it. When a user
creates a workflow, runs it a number of times, and then does a Save (not a Save
As) and gives it a name, the plan is to rename previous runs that have the same
lsid (and named UntitledN) to the new name. This will help keep their
provenance store more organized, instead of having a slew of e.g. Untitled1
runs showing up in their Workflow-Run-Manager, many of which refer to different
workflows.
