[kepler-dev] [kepler-users] Invoking MATLAB interface

Hi Peter,

The ptmatlab.dll included with Kepler 1.0 will not work with
Matlab 2009a. I've compiled one that does:

https://code.kepler-project.org/code/kepler/trunk/modules/common/lib/ptmatlab.dll

If you get this error:

matlabEngine.open(null) : can't find Matlab engine. Try
starting Matlab by hand as an application to verify that
Matlab is set up properly and the license is correct.

Then try running "matlab /regserver". On windows, the Matlab
C API communicates with Matlab via COM, and apparently the
COM interface is not automatically registered when Matlab is
installed!
