Patricio,

Kepler is an open source project, and as such you are able to get the
current source code in order to examine and extend the system. We
encourage people to make many types of contributions. The Kepler web
site (https://dev.kepler-project.org/developers) explains how to
download and install Kepler, how to get the source code from our
Subversion repository, and how to build and extend the system using
modules (https://dev.kepler-project.org/developers/teams/build/documentation/build-system-instructions).
The Kepler User's guide acts as a reference for the Kepler system.
These materials should help you get started with Kepler development.
After you've read these items, there are several ways to communicate
with other developers and contributors, many of which are detailed in
our Contact Us page (https://dev.kepler-project.org/users/contact-us).

Regards,
Matt
