Hi Christopher,

Thanks for updating that.

FYI, we're in the process of moving over completely to the new web
site.  All of the content from the old site has been moved, including
build instructions.  We're in the process of editing it, and then it
will be made visible.  Hopefully sooner than later, but there have
been delays.
