[kepler-dev] Difficulty Configuring Kepler on Eclipse

Hello,

I want to create some actors to serve some functionality but I am unable to
configure Kepler on Eclipse.

Is the information given on
http://kepler-project.org/Wiki.jsp?page=UsingEclipseForKeplerDevelopment,
accurate? I am stuck with configuring ant and subversion?
Can instead Eclipse plugins be used?

Please  help!
