[kepler-dev] creating kar files for specific suite or module

Hi ufuk,

The build no longer has a separate command for building kars. Instead, 
they are built automatically when Kepler starts up when you type "ant 
run." I have updated the build instructions to remove any references to 
the now non-existent "ant kar" command.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
