This is with modules\build-area at r22254.  ant clean-all and ant clean-cache
both fail: 

build-area\build.xml:4: The following error occurred while executing this line:
build-area\settings\taskdefs.xml:34: typedef class
org.kepler.build.CleanDotKepler cannot be found

I haven't figured out a workaround yet.
