Now also deleting runs from CacheManager and ObjectManager when doing a delete
in r20276.
I was going to close this bug, but I've found a problem that I'm having and a
very hard time reproducing -- occasionally, both pre and post r20276, you'll
delete a run, it'll disappear from the WRM gui, you'll quit kepler, only to
have it reappear on your next launch. I've tried many times to catch runs not
actually being deleted in the DB by manually watching the db, but have yet to
have been logged into the db when this happens. Needs more testing...
