Sometimes more than one row shows up in the Workflow Run Manager for the same
execution. I saw this happen for the first time today, when running the
attached workflow (error.xml). I've run this workflow in the past without
seeing this. It doesn't happen every time. The hsql database seems fine, it
only has one execution for the run.
