I am closing this bug because I think that at the time that these design
features were proposed, they seemed to be useful and reasonable features.
However, now that the existing features have been implemented, IMHO they are
now no longer appropriate or especially useful.  The only exception to this
might be the case in which we decided to create a full featured WYSIWYG report
editor.
