The text of all buttons should be either stored in resource bundles or there
should be an easy mechanism to make configuration files that support multiple
languages. Furthermore, the size of buttons and other items should sensibly be
enlarged or shrunk to accommodate different languages. The layout manager
should handle these issues sensibly.
