[kepler-dev] Do an ant clean-all before running and avoid missing menus

Ok, I fixed 3932 so that we now have Configure Actor back.
I also hacked in a fix that allows Look Inside to work for Component
Entities.

Remaining issues:
  Highlighting broken
  Background color changes on the mac.
