Currently the WRM viewer connects to the default provenance store specified in
a .properties bundle in the WRM module. Unless this store exists and is being
used by workflows, connecting to it will fail.
Phase 1:
-The viewer should attempt to connect to the provenance store that is
configured for the workflow that is currently open (it may or may not have a
provenance store enabled).
-If the workflow does not have a provenance store configured, then the bundle
can be used.
