This is not a checkbox - it is a JOptionPane dialog with the prompt:
"Would you like to save the actor's class file within the KAR file?  This is
usually not necessary unless you have created a custom actor in Java (i.e. not
a composite or expression actor."

I am commenting that out (default saveClass=false)
