Similar to the KAR upload feature for sharing actors, Publication Ready
Archives should be uploadable so that people can view:
-information about the workflow
-the execution details
-the report[s] generated
-anything else yet TBD
Note: this might be unnecessary if we're going with a server-based mechanism
for scheduling runs, archiving the results and then putting them where they can
be viewed by the masses.
