Summary: Report Designer - use "workflow outline" rather than
                    Items of Interest
           Product: Kepler
           Version: 1.x dev
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: reporting
        AssignedTo: staggs at nceas.ucsb.edu
        ReportedBy: leinfelder at nceas.ucsb.edu
         QAContact: kepler-dev at kepler-project.org

Instead of requiring that users manually add ports and parameters to the list
of "Items of Interest" - we could use a filtered outline of all the namedObjs
in the model that would likely be be "reportable". Would want to omit the cruft
and only include "leaves" in cases where there are nested entities. The objects
with leading underscores would be gone, and there are likely other objects we
could safely assume would never be reported on from the model.
Note: I'm not seeing the "tree view" of the model as an option in the View menu
anymore, but that would be a starting point for the outline view.
