[kepler-dev] Please any one let me know how to fix this bugs.

First of all, your modules.txt file is out of date. You need to update 
kepler-1.0 (go to the kepler-1.0 folder and type svn update) and then 
change-to kepler-1.0 again. The value of modules.txt after that point 
should be:

loader-17390
kepler-1.0-jar-tag

I further suspect that your kepler-1.0-jar-tag module may not have been 
downloaded properly. If you continue running into problems, delete 
kepler-1.0-jar-tag and change-to kepler-1.0 again.
