Hi Rajan,

What is the values of modules.txt for you?

Basically, it looks like Kepler isn't being found. There are two reasons
this might happen.

(1) The value of modules.txt is not correct.
(2) The module containing org.kepler.loader.Kepler (if you are working of
kepler-trunk, the util module) was not retrieved correctly.
