[kepler-dev] IMPORTANT: new kepler-trunk module

Hi all,

Actually, this is applicable ONLY if you are working at kepler-trunk 
itself. If you are working at a module that merely references 
kepler-trunk (as most people are) the ant change-to is unnecessary.
