Kepler's classpath override of ptolemy.vergil.basic.BasicGraphFrame has been
removed from Kepler's util module.  These changes now reside in a subclass of
ActorGraphFrame at org.kepler.KeplerGraphFrame where the methods of Ptolemy's
BasicGraphFrame are directly overridden.
