User reports Browser actors not working on Mac. I note Browser Display and
BrowserUI seem to work (BrowserUI could use more testing to be certain), and
FilterUI works on Ubuntu Linux, but FilterUI does have problems on Mac.

FilterUI on Mac hangs kepler in an executing state outputting errors like:
