[kepler-dev] kepler svn problem? PROPFIND request failed

Hi Christopher,

Sorry -- the problem was my fault.  I made a configuration change to SVN
that I didn't think would affect the kepler repository, but it did.  I've
reverted the change and now SVN is working again.  Sorry for the
inconvenience.
