[kepler-dev] committing new extension to cvs

Hi,

I add new job submission ability to Kepler. It is adds Platform LSF  
(Load Sharing Facility) support but when i committing new code to CVS  
repository, i get following error messages in Eclipse,

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs commit" command.
    kepler: cvs commit: Pre-commit check failed
    kepler: cvs [commit aborted]: correct above error first.
