[kepler-dev] [kepler-nightly] BUILD for kepler (runid=77603) FAILED.

Chad,

The NMI nightly build failed last night on all platforms, and I suspect 
it is related to changes you made to the DocumentaitonAttribute.  Could 
you check the error message below and see why it might have failed?  Thanks,
