[kepler-dev] SharedParamter.java in Ptolemy at the HEAD but not at 7.0beta2

Do anyone know why ptolemy.actor.parameters.SharedParameter exists at  
the HEAD of Ptolemy, but not the 7.0beta2 branch that was used in the  
release?
