[kepler-dev] Compiling Kepler 1.0.0

Hi Christopher,

I just compiled on Friday using Kepler (KEPLER_1_0_0_BRANCH) and  
Ptolemy (KEPLER_1_0_0_MARKER).

Using Ant not Eclipse.

Here are the commands I had to type.
1) ant ptolemy (to compile Ptolemy)
2) ant buildkarlib (to build the kars -- there is no equivalent in  
Eclipse)
3) ant jar (which compiles Kepler before producting a jar)

If I recall correctly, when I started out just typing ant jar, Kepler  
did not compile. I think it may be important to buildkarlib before  
everything will compile....
