[kepler-dev] DDF Director documentation

Hi Dan and Norbert and everyone,
 
I've never looked at DDF--let me check out what documentation there is and see how much I understand. If Norbert is available to help answer questions and provide examples, I could probably put together something basic in the next couple of days and then improve that between rc1 and 1.0. We probably need some docs for the MOML and a section for the User Manual. Anything else?
