[kepler-dev] BUILD for kepler (runid=75309) FAILED.

Christopher,

I think your recent changes to move code from Kepler's exp to the 
prolemy tree broke the kepler build.  Could you check? The new nightly 
build system for Kepler showed this error (the first among many):
