Hi Chad,
Actually, I think the changes were only in the rel-7-0-beta-2 branch
of the ptII tree.
I copied them to the main trunk of the ptII tree.

    Just to let you know, I just checked in some code to ptII that you will 
    need to get before you try to update and compile kepler.  If you don't 
    update ptII after updating kepler, kepler will probably not compile.
