The data Sources dialog (accessible from the Search pane) has been updated to
include a 'Refresh' function that obsoletes the need for the previous 'Add'
function.  The corresponding 'Add' button should be removed from the dialog
box, and the search dialog that is brought up when clicking the Add button
should be removed from the source tree as it is nw obsolete.
