Reopening this bug regarding the ability to start multiple instances of Kepler
simultaneously in one account.  The limitation is due to a deficiency in hslq
not being able to open the same database under multiple processes. This is
something that could be fixed, and should should be considered under the
Kepler/CORE project as an infrastructure issue.
